He began his career in the early 1990s at one of the first digital agencies in the United States. In 1996, he moved into digital media with Windows NT Magazine building a robust, multi-million dollar online business.

He went on to be the Senior Vice President of Digital at Penton Media, Virgo Publishing, Aspire Media/Interweave, and HarperCollins Christian Publishers. His expertise encompasses not just strategy and execution but also mentoring teams to excel in digital media.
